Cr-48 in the hizzouse!

Whats up world!

Google has hooked me up with their new Google Chrome OS notebook.

Look at that beautiful machine....mmmm

Essentially, this makes me a tester in Google's Cr-48 Pilot Program which I am very happy to participate. The notebook is sleek, lightweight and perfect for portability; the catch is that it is highly dependent on having an internet connection for full functionality. This is not a traditional notebook asking users to adapt to their Chrome OS which is not unlike the standard chrome browser. I'm still playing around with it, but at the moment I am very impressed with the start-up speed and overall browsing speed of the device. As a result, I hope to be posting more blogs as a testament to the notebook's portability and speed -- lets forget for a moment that I'm teaching at the University, finishing my Master's degree, and engaged in several social endeavors. Anyway, you can read a little more about the notebook here, for now I will continue on with my bloggy ways.

As usual, with any amount of time there are TONS of updates to consider sharing with you (my gentle reader). I'll actually dedicate future blogs to each event/update.

So for now, I'm signing off to do some work for school.

Later Peeps,

rdm
